Getting Ready for the Campaign Ahead…

First of all, thank you Chilliwack!

The response since announcing my campaign for Mayor has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m incredibly grateful for the messages, phone calls, offers to volunteer and conversations I’ve had over the past few days. It means a lot.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy getting everything ready — organizing volunteers, preparing signs and materials, and getting ready to spend a lot more time out in the community.

The race for Mayor is also taking shape, and I want to welcome the other candidates who have put their names forward. Running for public office takes commitment, and I look forward to a positive campaign and a good conversation about the future of our community.

For me, this campaign will stay focused on Chilliwack — managing growth, keeping our community safe and affordable, investing in the infrastructure and services people rely on, and keeping the character that makes Chilliwack such a great place to call home.

There’s lots more to come.
